About Us

We are a franchisee of three YUM! Brands, Inc. restaurant concepts, having begun as a Taco Bell franchisee in Traverse City, Michigan in 1985. We have continually grown as opportunities have arisen, moving into New York State in 1988.  Since that time we have opened additional Taco Bell restaurants and have expanded to include Pizza Hut and KFC restaurants to bring our total to 65,  including 4 multi-brand units (Taco Bell/KFC combined). Our Pizza Hut portfolio includes 8 Restaurant Based Delivery units, 21 traditional Red Roof Restaurants and two new Pizza Hut WingStreet restaurants.

• Hospitality Syracuse, Inc. - 29 restaurants in central New York.  All of the Syracuse, Rochester, Utica and Watertown markets, inlcuding Cortland, Ithaca and Elmira.

31 Pizza Huts

• Hospitality West, LLC -31 restaurants in New York  located in the Buffalo, Jamestown and Elmira markets, including the Southern Tier, Rt 17 Corridor.

• WKSC, LLC
